Meet Mia – Your Team Dynamic Coach

Mia is our dedicated Team Dynamic coach, specializing in 1-on-1 personal training and group coaching that empowers individuals at every stage of their fitness journey.

With a strong foundation in weight loss, toning, and dynamic hip, core, and leg workouts, Mia designs programs that not only help clients reach their goals but also enhance overall mobility and functional strength.

A former competitive tennis player, Mia brings a deep understanding of the balance between physical performance and mental resilience. Her coaching style reflects this, focusing on building both strength and confidence—in and out of the gym.

Mia is passionate about debunking fitness myths and creating a supportive, inclusive environment. Her approachable and informed guidance makes fitness accessible and enjoyable, especially for women seeking sustainable, empowering change.
