I started working with Dynamic in 2016. I went to see them with the goals of improving left knee pain following an injury and surgery and weight loss. The Coaches worked with me to improve the strength and stability of my knee. I am now pain-free and the knee feels strong! I have lost weight and improved my tone, fitness, and flexibility. The sessions are interesting, varied, and keep me on my toes. I love the sessions!! I had a short break from training during a rough pregnancy the team has been helping me work on regaining my strength and fitness. The weight is also coming back off. I first started to train with Dynamic over 6 years ago. I was about to hit my 50th year and it felt as if my body was beyond repair with severe shoulder knee hip and back pain. I first worked with Dynamic in 2019 when I was recovering from a shoulder injury. It was this first engagement that I learned about and benefitted from the holistic approach to training. More recently after the COVID-19 lockdowns, I re-engaged with Adam to help increase my overall fitness levels. The mix of dynamic stretching, resistance, cardio, and functional training has been excellent and resulted in improved physical health, posture, and also my mental health too. Dynamic are truly fantastic. Their passion for helping people achieve their goals is second to none. A comprehensive health screening is taken initially so that they can fully understand any concerns you have or any pre-existing health problems that you may suffer from. Every session is then tailored to your individual needs. No 2 sessions are the same. They mix sessions up to keep you motivated while achieving the best from each session. I’ve been working with Dynamic for over a 2 years now and started not long before the 2nd lockdown. But even through the hard times of lockdown sessions moved to online and work continued.
I was overweight with several health conditions but taking the step to work with Dynamic has changed my life. Yes, I still have work to do but ultimately I have lost more than 10% body fat, toned all muscles, lost inches, improved aches, and pains, and generally feel fitter than I have done for a long time. I would highly recommend Dynamic. I spent some time with them during my preparations for the Great North Run. At the time, I'd overdone it in certain training areas and was carrying an injury. They were able to take this into account and devise a plan that both aided recovery and strengthened other areas at the same time. They have a professional, yet friendly approach, and their expertise is second to none. We began with an initial consultation where they put a lot of effort into really understanding my individual circumstances. He then helped me work through a series of tailor-made workouts focussing on strengthening my core muscles, using very specific exercises to avoid my injured hip adductor. Each session was slightly different, and they challenged me in the right ways to improve my fitness. I arrived at the start line feeling strong and managed a personal best! Lastly, I really enjoyed each session! Working with Dynamic was an absolute pleasure.

I’m a 48yr old and like most at my age start to feel myself slowing down a little. I don’t mean decrepit but you know the drill, not quite doing as much exercise as I should, not eating great, working long hours and generally letting life run me.
