“The cost may vary depending on the number of sessions recommended following the initial screening. Payments are made via monthly direct debit.”
How many sessions per week?
“We will discuss this with you during the initial screening. Typically, we find that 1–2 training sessions per week in work well to fit around your lifestyle. We will then collaborate with you to schedule an additional directed session outside the sessions.”
What equipment will I need?
“All you need is yourself, a towel, and a full water bottle — we’ll take care of the rest with our extensive range of top-quality equipment.”
