Community Wellbeing Coaching brings people together through accessible, enjoyable, and community‑focused activity.
Our sessions are designed for anyone who wants to move more, build confidence, meet new people, and enjoy the positive benefits that come from being active in a supportive group setting.
Each group combines light physical activity with meaningful social connection, creating an environment where movement feels fun, relaxed, and pressure‑free. Whether it’s gentle circuits, guided walks, group mobility, low‑impact exercises, or simply moving together at your own pace, the aim is always the same: to help people feel part of something, not just part of a class.
Our coaches ensure every session is inclusive and adaptable, making it suitable for beginners, older adults, people returning to exercise, or anyone who finds traditional fitness spaces overwhelming. We focus on building routine, confidence, and a sense of belonging, knowing that movement is just one part of overall wellbeing.
These groups don’t just improve physical health, they reduce isolation, boost mood, strengthen community bonds, and create a positive space where everyone is welcome.
Our Coaching sessions run from:
The Tansy Centre, South Hylton – Mondays & Thursdays from 10:00-11:30am
Redby Academy, Roker – Tuesdays & Thursdays from 18:00-19:00pm
