Adam Smith is a highly qualified and passionate professional in the field of sport, exercise, and holistic health. With certifications spanning Sport and Exercise Development, Exercise Physiology and Psychology, Human Movement and Kinesiology, and Injury Rehabilitation and Recovery, Adam brings a comprehensive, science‑backed approach to enhancing human performance and wellbeing.

His expertise extends into Sport and Exercise Sciences, Nutrition for Sport, Exercise & Health, and Advanced Fitness Instructing. This diverse skill set enables him to design and deliver tailored programmes that support athletic development, effective recovery, and optimal health outcomes.

Adam’s commitment to whole‑person wellness is further demonstrated through his qualifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and as a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner. This allows him to integrate physical, mental, and lifestyle strategies that empower clients to create meaningful, sustainable transformation.

Meet Mia – Your Team Dynamic Coach 

Mia is our dedicated Team Dynamic coach, specializing in 1-on-1 personal training and group coaching that empowers individuals at every stage of their fitness journey.

With a strong foundation in weight loss, toning, and dynamic hip, core, and leg workouts, Mia designs programs that not only help clients reach their goals but also enhance overall mobility and functional strength.

A former competitive tennis player, Mia brings a deep understanding of the balance between physical performance and mental resilience. Her coaching style reflects this, focusing on building both strength and confidence—in and out of the gym.

Mia is passionate about debunking fitness myths and creating a supportive, inclusive environment. Her approachable and informed guidance makes fitness accessible and enjoyable, especially for women seeking sustainable, empowering change.
