How long do the sessions last?
Our session lengths are designed to give you the right amount of time, support, and focus depending on the type of service you choose:
- Group Classes & Movement Sessions: Usually 45–60 minutes, offering an energetic, structured, and supportive group experience.
- Individual Coaching Sessions: Typically 45–60 minutes, allowing enough time to explore your goals, work through challenges, and build clear action steps.
- Coaching Pathways: Session lengths may vary depending on your personalised plan, but most sessions fall within the 45–60 minute range.
No matter which option you choose, every session is designed to be focused, supportive, and centred around helping you make real progress.
How much does it cost?
We aim to keep our services accessible and affordable, with pricing that reflects the type of support you choose:
Group Classes
- Sessions range from £3.50–£4.50 each.
- We also run free, fully‑funded mobility classes across the city throughout the year — keep an eye on our social media for announcements.
1–1 or Small-Group Tailored Coaching
- Prices range from £25–£40 per hour.
- The exact price depends on:
- How many sessions you book per month
- The coach delivering the sessions
Online Mobility & Rehabilitation Learning Portal
- Expand your knowledge at your own pace for £19.99 per month.
- Ideal for learning mobility, movement, and rehabilitative-based exercises from anywhere.
How many sessions per week do you recommend?
The ideal number of sessions depends on your goals, current fitness level, and the type of support you’re looking for. Here’s our general guidance:
Group Classes
Many people benefit from 1–2 classes per week, especially for mobility, strength, and general wellbeing.
This provides consistency without overwhelming your schedule.
1–1 or Small-Group Coaching
For meaningful progress, we usually recommend 1-2 sessions per week to build momentum. Some clients aiming for quicker results or more structured progress choose 2 sessions per week.
Online Learning Portal
If you’re using our online portal, we recommend practising the exercises 2–3 times per week to build mobility, confidence, and movement quality at your own pace.
What equipment will I need?
Most of our sessions are designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to get started with — so you won’t need much equipment at all.
Group Classes
For the majority of our classes, you’ll only need:
- Comfortable clothing
- A bottle of water
We provide any additional equipment required during the session.
1–1 or Small-Group Coaching
Depending on your personalised plan, your coach might use:
- Light resistance bands
- Small weights
- Mobility tools
- Mats
If any specialist equipment is required, we’ll supply it — you don’t need to buy anything unless you want to practice at home.
Online Mobility & Rehabilitation Portal
Most exercises can be done with just your bodyweight.
Optional extras that may enhance your training include:
- A mat
- Resistance bands
- A foam roller or massage ball
Again, these are optional and not required to start.
